USING TRITON/DUAL
User types
Triton/Dual can be used by users that are able to walk or needs to be transferred to the
chair.
If the user needs to be transferred to the chair with E.G. a ceiling lift, the armrests can be
turned to their vertical position for easier access.
Note
:
Always have the armrests folded down when using Triton/Duals lifting and tilting
capabilities.
To make it easier for users that can position themselves in the chair, it is recommended to tilt
the chair forwards.
Basic use
The top four buttons on the hand control are used to adjust the height and seat angle of the
chair.
The lifting function should be used to position the user above the toilet or in a position
where the caregiver can assist the user in an ideal working position.
The seat tilt should be used to reach an ideal working position for the caregiver or to ensure
the security and comfort of the user during use. The forwards tilt can also be used to assist
the user in getting out of the chair.
If the chair is used as a toilet chair, ensure that the bedpan is placed correct under the seat.
Note:
Never lift higher than necessary.
Memory and transport position
The hand control comes with advance buttons, such as:
-
Transport position
-
Store
-

optimal for transport.
Use the store button to save the current position in one of the memories. To save a position
