Troubleshooting
Fault: Possible cause Solution
The chair does not react when the buttons
on the hand control are pressed.
The battery is not
charged or defect. Charge the battery.
(2.2). Make sure the
emergency stop has
not been pressed (Not
available on all
models).
Defective hand
control. Remove the control
box plastic cover. Open
the control box. Try a
different hand control.
Emergency stop
has been pressed. Reset the emergency
stop (0). Not present
on all models.
Cables unplugged. Check the cables going
into the lifting and
tilting actuator.
Remove the control
box plastic cover and
open the control box.
Check the cables.
Error during charging (Yellow battery LED
flashing) Battery critically
discharged. Keep charging the
battery. It might be
possible to charge the
battery.
Defective battery. Try a different battery
or order a new from
your dealer or
Winncare Nordic.
Lifting or tilting actuator does not run
properly or makes abnormal sounds. Defective
actuator. Order a new from
Winncare Nordic or
Dealer.
