Display
The FM08
’s display measures 10.4 inches diagonally, display resolution is 1024 x 768 pixel resolution and bonded
with resistive touch. A unique feature here is that the FM08 supports screen blanking to eliminate driver distraction
when the vehicle is in motion.
Touch Screen
The touch screen is a resistive touch with Glass-Film-Glass (GFG) technology. The whole surface of the top layer of
glass is glued to some Film. As result, there is a firm bond in between the glass. In the event when a violent impact is
present and the glass surface brake, it will not scatter because every pieces of glass remain in the adhesive film.
This resistive touch can detect finger or stylus.
NOTE:

Always use the tip of the stylus for tapping or making strokes

Do not use any sharp objects for tapping, touching, or making strokes
Display Backlight Control
This device is equipped with automatic brightness adjustment that controls the screen brightness according to the
lighting environment. To enable automatic brightness adjustments go to Settings > Display > Brightness > Tap
Auto .
