Note: If you uncheck the Fast Login box the voicemail system will not
recognize you when you call from your telephone number to check
messages. The system will then prompt you to enter your 10 digit
mailbox number.
Finally, you can use the Voicemail Greetings to:
•Select your t greeting
• Personal greeting
• System greeting
• System greeting with Number
• System greeting with Name
6.3 Notifications
When using the Voicemail services, you can set up to receive email
notifications when a new message is received. arrives.

7.0 Security & Support
Thru Voice Manger you have the option to Change your Password
and/or Voicemail PIN without having to dial your voicemail access
number. Also there is a link that provides additional information on
the features you manage through Voice Manager.
7.1 Security
Select which Password or PIN you need to change
• Change your Password to Voice Manager
• Change your PIN to Voicemail
7.2 Support
Under Support you will have access to additional information about
your features and also have the ability to download a desktop
version of Kinetic Voice Manager called Voice Manager Assistant.
Voice Manager Assistant Assistant is a desktop version to Voice
Manager. You will be able to assess the same features plus have the
ability to you telephone number to DO NOT DISTURB.
