11 Spare parts
All spare parts should be ordered directly from the Wilo customer service.
To prevent errors, always quote the data on the pump’s rating plate when
making an order.

Faults
Causes
Remedies
Failure on the printed circuit
board
Disconnect the power supply and
reconnect. The pump should start,
otherwise replace the printed circuit
board
Undervoltage
Check the power supply: the “POWER
ON” control lamp must be lit
Insufficient pump pressure. The
safety system has been triggered
and the FAILURE control lamp
has turned on
Check that the maximum pressure
of the pump is 0.5 bar greater than
the start-up pressure of the control
device
Air intake in the suction line of
the pump.
The pressure gauge indicates a
lower than normal pressure or
oscillates constantly. The safety
system triggers, the pump stops,
and the FAILURE control light
turns on
Check the connection and gaskets of
the suction line
HR or HC water columns are
greater than 15 m and the facto
-
ry setting of the start-up
threshold has not been changed
Increase the start-up threshold by
turning the screw (Fig. 5, pos. 7)
The installation starts and
stops repeatedly
Smallest leakage at several
points on the installation
Check valves and flushes for drips and
repair leakage
Pump and device are not adapted
