4. Installing and configuring the PC App

The PC App is used to configure and commission the amplifier.  

When configuring the amplifier, the ethernet connection is recommended for best performance (

crossover cable required

). 

The ethernet connection cannot be used for firmware updates.

The USB port can be used with the PC App, but performance may be limited.

The USB port must be used for firmware updates.

iPad, iPad Mini and Android not supported.

 by visiting our website www.williamssound.com and browse to Support - Software

Follow the instructions on the software download page

 to install the PC App.
