The smart probe data can be reviewed, but not changed on the CTH7000. The smart
probe data contains the following information.

Date the smart probe calibration is next due

Serial number of the smart probe
Max since cal
Maximum recorded temperature the smart probe has been exposed to since it
was last calibrated (units are in resistance)

Minimum recorded temperature the smart probe has been exposed to since it
was last calibrated (units are in resistance)

Maximum recorded temperature the smart probe has been exposed to during its
working life (units are in resistance)
