6. Commissioning, operation
Independent of the connected reference pressure sensor, the electric pump can generate
pressures in the range of -0.85 … +20 bar (-12 … +290 psi).

Before using the integrated pump, the following must be checked:
■
The reference pressure sensor is properly connected.
■
The test item is connected properly to the CPH7650 pressure connection.
■
All pressure connections are correctly fitted and tightened.
CAUTION!
Damage of the test item and reference pressure sensors caused by
too high pressure
The test items and CPT6000 reference pressure sensors with pressure
ranges < 20 bar (< 300 psi) can be damaged through the pressure
generation.

Do not exceed the maximum pressure limit of the test item or reference
pressure sensor.
▶
Only generate a pre-pressure that is less than the required pressure.
▶
Use the fine adjustment valve to set the exactly required pressure.
