Removing gateways or expansion modules
Procedure
Changing the electronics module
Power-off your system.
For the exchange of an electronic module, the electronic module may be pulled forward after
pressing the unlocking lever at the lower side of the module.
For
mounting
, plug the new electronic module guided by the strips at the lower side until this
engages to the terminal module.
Now you can bring your system back into operation.
Exchanging the extension module
For demounting and exchange of a (head) module or a group of modules, due to mounting reasons
you always have to remove the electronic module right beside. After mounting it may be plugged
again.
Power-off your system.
Remove if exists the wiring of the module.
Press the unlocking lever at the lower side of the just mounted right module and pull it forward.
Turn the locking lever of the module to be exchanged upwards.
Pull the module forward.
