8.3. Lubrication
•
Switch off the machine for
all lubrication work.
•
Lubricate more often, if
required, (Until all
lubrication points are
supplied with lubricated).
•
If you refill oil, always
use the same type of oil.
•
Keep all exposed machine
parts, threaded spindles and
guides slightly lubricated.
•
Clean grease nipple before
lubricating it.
•
Clean up leaking grease.
•
Before starting the machine
after a longer standstill,
lubricate and maitain the
entire machine.
•
When using hollow spoon
inserts reduce the
lubrication interval to
2 x per day.
