Operation
The hob is in run and user takes out a pot from a Flexi Zone
The user, while cooking on a FLEXI zone, decides to take out or slide the pot/pots from one area to another one of the
FLEXI.
MAIN ACTION FROM THE USER
If the user is cooking on a FLEXI zone, created by two or more linked zones, and he takes out one or more pots the hob
goes in pan detection. On the left LCD TS, the zone where the pot is missing starts blinking for 30 sec.
If the pot is recognized in the same or in another zone of the flexi area within 5 seconds (after pot sliding of repositioning),
the display immediately shows the zebra texture without blinking.
If no pot is moved on the flexi, nor added, the zones where pots are missing show a zebra texture. That means that pots are
missing on that zone. Moreover it means that the zone is still active waiting for a pot.
If at least one pot is still present on the FLEXI the zone does not go in OFF. In this way the user has the maximum flexibility.
If some residual heat is still present on one or more zones
If all the pots are taken off from the FLEXI zone it will go in OFF after 30 sec.
