la. Heat 200ml cream +150ml
milk for 3-3½ min on Jet pow-
er and add to the eggs. Pour
the mixture into portion dish-
es. Pour 500ml water in the
crispplate and place the dish-
es in the water when the oven
beeps. Sprinkle sugar on top
when cool and melt with a gas
burner.
