Problem
Solution
The weather station does not show
any forecast data.
Use a shorter distance between the
transmitter and the weather station.
The max. possible transmitting range
is 30 m (free field). Though this value
can vary. Amongst other things it is
based on the terrain resp. the building
you are operating the weather station
in.
Check the Internet connection.
Check the firewall settings of your PC.
Check the system date of your PC.
Check the USB connection between
the transmitter and the PC.
The forecast shows incomprehensible
results.
Check the settings made for the
temperature unit.
Check the settings made for country
and city.
The display gets weaker.
Replace the batteries of the weather
station.
A different problem occurs that is not
mentioned here.
