Operating instructions:
First insert the two button cells included in pack to make the scales ready for use.
Put the Westmark kitchen scales on a smooth working surface. The two sensor keys ‘ON/
TARE‘ and ‘UNIT‘ respond immediately to a soft touch. It is not necessary to press hard.
R.h. sensor key: ON/TARE
• briefly tap lightly = ON
• Tap lightly again= TARA (TARE – function is indicated on the l.h. display)
• Long tap = OFF
L.h. sensor key: UNIT
• change units here (indication at bottom right of display)
If the battery is weak, your Westmark scales show this by the ‘LOW‘ indication in the
display.
Cleaning hint: to clean the scales, simply wipe with a damp cloth (do not immerse in water,
do not hold under running tap).
