6. Configuration
6.1 Configuration by ED-Tool
This section describes configuration of the ED-10 using the ED-Tool program.
After the ED-Tool has been successful opened the user is presented with an empty con-
figuration screen. The user can now get an existing configuration by reading the configu-
ration from an ED-10 or by opening a configuration file stored on the system. Or the
user can set all configuration parameters by hand.
To configure an ED-10 the user must set all parameters. After the parameters are set
the user can write the configuration to the ED-10.
Typical configuration procedures:
• Read configuration from an ED-10
• Change some parameters
• Write configuration to the ED-10
