13. The warranty claim must be submitted to Westermann customer service no
later than 5 working days after the repair has been completed, in order to
ensure fast processing. Warranty claims received 3 months after the repair
cannot be processed.
14. All previous warranty policies as well as the conditions in the General Terms
and Conditions and point 7 hereby become invalid.
