Wireless MAC Authentication
If you select the
Wireless MAC authentication
link in the
Advanced Security Settings
screen, the following
screen will appear. This screen allows you configure wireless MAC address authentication in the Router. By
enabling the
Access List,
you can permit or restrict wireless access to the Router based on specific MAC addresses.
To limit access to the Router using the MAC address of specific wireless devices, follow the steps below:
1.
Click the
Enable Access List
check box (a check mark will appear in the box).
2.
Click
Apply
to save the setting, and then click
OK
in the pop-up screen.
To add, edit, or delete the MAC addresses of wireless devices, click the desired button below the
List
window.
For example, to Add a MAC address, click
Add.
