1. Assemble the Leveler Glides (14) to the Base Frame Assembly (10) as follows.
a. Screw four Leveler Glides (14) into the lower surface of the four

Base Frame Assembly (10).
b. Use a

" wrench, if necessary, and screw the Leveler Glides into the Base Frame until the head
of each Leveler Glide is nearly against the lower surface as shown below.

Turn the Leveler Glide (14) into the
threaded hole until it is nearly flush
