Problem: Printer /charger doesn't print but feeds.
Possible causes: 1. Misfed paper.
2. Printer flex disengaged.
Repair:
1. Remove roll of paper and be sure that it has not been put in backwards. See label on paper housing.
If it is ok, go on to the next step. Remove the paper in the printer by cutting it at the roll, and pulling
through in the direction the paper normally feeds. Do not pull paper through backwards.
2. CAUTION: Prior to doing any work:
Unplug power cord
Use grounding mat and grounding strap.
3. Disassemble printer up to step #3 (remove top housing, page 5). Check to see that the flex strip is
pushed all the way down into the connector (see fig. below). Assemble printer stand and check.
