Washing stage 3
: MAIN WASH 1
+
Take in water:
The cleaning parameter [E73] determines which water valves are to
be operated.
It is also determined whether water intake is to be controlled by 'level'
[P30 = 0] or by 'time' [P30 > 0].
If 'level' is selected and the level is not reached after the set time [E27]
has elapsed, the cleaning process is stopped. See error description.
+
Vacuum pump:
Parameter [E42] can be used to determine whether the vacuum
pump should start as soon as water is taken in [programme step
P10].
+
Air injector:
Parameter [E63] can be used to determine whether the air injector is
to be activated in washing stage 3 and whether it is to work in 'simple'
or 'complex' mode. See page 29.
+
Milk pump:
Parameters [E50 and E51] are used to determine, for all washing
stages, whether the milk pump should run continuously or intermit-
tently.
+
Injektion pump alkaline and acidic:
See page 12.
+
Heater:
See page 12.
Washing stage 4
: INTERMEDIATE RINSE
Parameter [E34] = 0
‘Wash stage 4’ deactivated
Parameter [E34] = 1..5
Run 'wash stage 4’ n times
+
Take in water:
The cleaning parameter [E74] determines which water valves are to
be operated.
It is also determined whether water intake is to be controlled by 'level'
[P40 = 0] or by 'time' [P40 > 0].
If 'level' is selected and the level is not reached after the set time [E27]
has elapsed, the cleaning process is stopped. See error description.
+
Vacuum pump:
Parameter [E42] can be used to determine whether the vacuum
pump should start as soon as water is taken in [programme step
P40].
+
Air injector:
Parameter [E64] can be used to determine whether the air injector is
to be activated in washing stage 2 and whether it is to work in 'simple'
or 'complex' mode. See page 29.
+
Milk pump:
Parameters [E50 and E51] are used to determine, for all washing
stages, whether the milk pump should run continuously or intermit-
tently.
