can remain in the Weidmueller switch. When
an entry reaches its aging time, it “ages out”
and is purged from the switch, effectively
cancelling frame forwarding to that specific
port.

The Weidmueller switch provides two levels of access privileges:

admin

privilege gives read/write

access to all switch configuration parameters;

user

privilege provides read access only

able to view the configuration, but will not be able to make modifications.

ATTENTION

The IE-SW-VL08M’s default Password is set to “Detmold”.

If a Password is set, then you will be required to type the Password when logging into the RS-232
Console, Telnet Console, or Web Browser interface.
