8. Decommissioning
8.1
Temporary decommissioning
In the case of temporary decommissioning, the operator must en-
sure that the cabin status is clearly indicated by means of a well-
positioned and legible sign. The cabin must be disconnected from
the mains. The master switch on the steam generator must be set
to off.
8.2
Permanent decommissioning
If the cabin is to be permanently decommissioned, in addition to
disconnecting the cabin from the mains, all water-carrying pipes
must also be disconnected from the water supply in a sanitary
manner. The cabin status must be clearly indicated by means of a
wellpositioned and legible sign. The operator is responsible for this
measure.
