9.1 

Safety information

WARNING!

Injury hazard due to improperly executed maintenance tasks!

Improper maintenance can cause serious injury or material damage.

Therefore it is imperative that:

Maintenance work is carried out only by specialist personnel.

 

»

Order and cleanliness are assured at the installation site! 

 

 

Parts and tools that are lying loose are a source of hazards.

 

»

Protective gloves are worn during all work!

9.2 

Care and maintenance

The following measures are imperative in the interest of maintaining a state of constant 

operational readiness:

• 

After each use and at least once per year, the device and the accessory  

 

parts must undergo a visual inspection. You should payparticular attention  

 

to the oil level, engine, hoses and coupling halves.

• 

Every three years, or in the event of doubts about the safety or reliability  

 

of the equipment, an additional functional and load test is to be carried  

 

out (per DGUV Grundsatz 305-002 or country-specific directive).

• 

From time to time, the moving parts must be sprayed with a suitable grease.

• 

The hydraulic oil in the power unit must be completely replaced every  

 

three years.

• 

Every three years the hydrauli oil of the power units must be replaced.

• 

The power units must be dried after each use in wetness.
