SAFETY 01 – ASTM F2236 – 16a WARNING Read all instructions before assembling and using the Imagine Carrier. WARNING Never bend at waist, bend at knees. WARNING
Only use the Imagine Carrier for children between 8lbs* and 33lbs (*Use Imagine Carrier Infant Insert for infants weighing between 8lbs and 12lbs). Check to assure all buckles, snaps,
straps, and adjustments are secure before each use. Check for ripped seams, torn straps or fabric and damaged fasteners before each use. Ensure proper placement of child in
product including leg placement.Child must face towards you until he or she can hold head upright. Premature infants, infants with respiratory problems, and infants under 4 months
are at greatest risk of suffocation. Never use the Imagine Carrier when balance or mobility is impaired because of exercise, drowsiness, or medical conditions. Never use the Imagine
Carrier when engaging in sporting activities such as running, cycling, swimming and skiing. Never use the Imagine Carrier while engaging in activities such as cooking, which involve
a heat source, and cleaning which can involve exposure to chemicals. Never wear the Imagine Carrier while driving or being a passenger in a motor vehicle. Keep instructions for future
use. SUFFOCATION HAZARD – Infants under 4 months can suffocate in this product if face is pressed tight against your body. Do not strap infant too tight against your body. Allow room
for head movement. Keep infant’s face free from obstruction at all times. FALL HAZARD – Infants can fall through a wide leg opening or out of carrier. The waistband should never be
unbuckled while the baby is in the carrier.
SAFETY 02 – Technical Report CEN/TR 16512:2015 WARNING For safety , the Imagine Carrier must only be used as instructed by the Imagine Carrier Babywearing Guide. Only
carry your child in the Imagine Carrier in a forward-facing position when it can support its own head. Make sure that there is sufficient ventilation for the baby at all times. Inspect the
Imagine Carrier before every use. If you notice any damage or have any cause for concern, please contact the product care line for advice before using. The Imagine Carrier is not
suitable for use during sporting activities eg, running, cycling, swimming and skiing. Take care when bending and leaning forwards or sideways. Your movement, and that of your child,
may adversely affect your balance. Take care not to overheat your baby. This is particularly important in high temperatures or when baby has a fever. Do not use the Imagine Carrier
while cooking in front of a stove, any other heat sources or around hot drinks. Be aware that as your child becomes more active there is an increased risk of your child falling out of the
Imagine Carrier. Only use the product for the number of children for which the product is intended. Regularly inspect the Imagine Carrier for any signs of wear and damage. Keep the
Imagine Carrier away from children when it is not in use.
