Creating/Modifying Schedules (continued)
3. The
Target
of the schedule is the scene that you
selected when creating it. The target popup menu
contains all of the modules in your network and
all of the scenes. You can choose any target from
the menu.
4. The
Repeat
of the schedule has two parts. First
is the days of the week that the schedule should
be run. Click on the boxes for each day to turn
them on and off. Second is the time the schedule
should be run of the selected days. The time can
either be a particular time which is set in the time
edit box, or sunrise or sunset. If sunrise or sunset
is chosen you can select a small offset from the
actual sunrise/sunset time in the popup menu to
the right.
NoTe:
If the sunrise or sunset times do not look
right check the Houseport
®
preferences (select
Preferences under the Houseport
®
menu) to see
the current location and time zone that is setup for
your Mac
®
.
5. Finally the
Add
Variation
check box can be
turned on to a some random variation to the times
this schedule is run to break up regular patterns
(maybe for security sake). The potential amount of
time variation can be set in the Houseport
®
preferences (select
Preferences
under the
Houseport
®
menu). A preview of the schedule’s
upcoming run times are shown at the bottom
of the window. Adjust the
Repeat
settings until
the preview times are as desired. Click on the
ok
button to save your new schedule. All of the
schedules you have for your network will be
shown in the Schedules window. The next run
time for each schedule is listed at the bottom of
the window.
