Warranty Certifi cate
How do I obtain the Warranty Certi fi cate?
Your Warranty Registration Card (see tear-out card in the front of this document) must be completed and returned
to WaterFurnace International immediately after installation to receive full warranty benefi ts. Upon receiving your
warranty registration card, we will mail your Warranty Certifi cate (see sample below). Please read the warranty cer-
tifi cate carefully to familiarize yourself with the terms of the warranty so that you can obtain full benefi ts and avoid
misunderstandings. If you have any questions about warranty coverage, contact your WaterFurnace dealer.

not intended to convey legal terms of your actual warranty. Reference the certifi cate that you will receive after registering
