Adjustment Methods
Make sure that the water route connections are correct, proper power supply is used and water supply is suitable.
Then, follow these steps to adjust the purifier:
LED Display Functions
•
Open the tap water inlet valve and the water purifier inlet water ball
valve and plug the purifier in the power outlet (See Diagram 15). Close
the storage tank ball valve, then automatically start a 120 second
flushing process, water will start to drain through the discharge outlet.
• Wait for the water purifier to operate stably (for about 5-10 minutes).
Check each connection to make sure they are secure. Check to see if
there is any leakage from the membrane shell, filters, etc.
• Close the pure water osmosis faucet and storage tank ball valve. Wait
approximately 30 seconds. Check to see whether or not the water
purifier waste water and high pressure pump have stopped working.
• Open the osmosis faucet. Check to see if the water is flowing through
the faucet. If not, check to see whether the tap water pressure is too low
or whether or not the high pressure switch can be reset automatically.
•
Wait until the machine is operating properly, then close the inlet water
ball valve. After a short period of time, check to see if the machine stops
working, if it does not stop working, check to see whether or not
the low-pressure switch can be reset.
• Perform a second check to make sure everything is ok. Now your water
purifier is ready for use.
Working: When the machine is producing water,
the “working” icon is lit up.
Source: When the machine has no inlet water, or the water is not
enough, the “source” icon will blink and the alarm will buzz 8 times.
Standby: When the machine is in standby mode,
the “Standby” icon is lit
Flush: When the machine is flushing, the “Flushing” icon will light up
Filter Status Display: This area displays the filter status. When the filter
display is green it shows that this filter can be used normally; when
the filter display is orange, the filter should be replaced, users can
contact the supplier for replacement filters. When the filter
display is red, the alarm will buzz 4 times, the filter should not be used
and needs to be replaced immediately.
• “Select” Button: After the filters are replaced, press the “Select” button to
select the corresponding filter icon, the numbers show the percentage of
remaining life of the corresponding filter, it only shows numbers,
no % sign (See Diagram 16).
• “Reset” Button: Select the corresponding filter and press the “reset”
button, hold for more than 3 seconds until it is effective. It can be
selected to reset the filter life. After the reset is completed,the number
swill display“99”.
