Check pits for water level (Overfl ow/dry).

Check for voltage to unit and that control panel switches are on.
X
Check all plumbing for leaks.
X
Check inlet fl ow meter for proper fl ow. Clean meter if needed.
X
Check that inlet and discharge manifold hoses and valves are
in proper position.
X
Check fi lter fl ow meter for proper fl ow. Clean meter if needed.
X
Check ozone generator panel lights for proper reading.
X
Check burlap bag under cone bottom for fullness*.
X
Check water chemistry and make adjustments/recalibrate
controller.
X
Check for proper air, 60-100 PSI
X
Check level of oil in collection tank.
X
Check adjustment on oil skimmer for proper level.
X
Clean and test probes.*
X
Suction pits of sludge and debris.*
X
Check and clean sump pump of dirt and debris.*
X
Clean fl oats in sump if accumulating dirt or grease. *
X
Check fl oat wires for cuts or frays.
X
Check and clean chemical injectors.
X
Check tubing on ORP/ph controller for splits or cracking.
X
Check standard cubic feet per hour (SCFM) on ozone
generator.

Clean circular tube in tank.
X
Clean fl oats for tank #1 and #2.
X
Test carbon*.
X
Check surge tank pressure.
X
