BEFORE STARTING
WORK
ASSEMBLY
•
Place cleaner handle
(Fig. A/15)
onto the
frame and tighten
the four hexagon
socket-head cap
screws (WAF 5)
(Wap
2200 - 3300 only!)
.
•
Screw the high-
pressure hose firmly
onto the VarioPress
spray gun
(Fig. B/1)
.
•
Push back the slide
of the locking pin
(Fig. B/4)
.
•
Screw on the RotoFix
high-pressure spray
lance firmly
(Fig. B/2)
and at the same time
push back the slide
of the locking pin
(Fig. B/4)
.
•
Connect the water
hose
(Fig. D/1 or E/1
and L)
.
The use of a fabric-
reinforced water hose
with a nominal width of
at least ½“ (13 mm)
is recommended
(Fig. L)
.
•
Connect the high-
pressure hose to the
high-pressure outlet.
Ensure that the union
nut is tightened
securely
(Fig. D/2 or
E/2)
.
•
Turn on the water
tap.
•
Plug the cleaner plug
into a plug socket
(Fig. M)
.
SUCTION OPERATION
•
Before using the
cleaner in suction
mode, first connect
the cleaner to the
water tap via the
water hose and
switch on briefly.
This is important in order
to avoid dry running
during suction operation.
•
Unscrew the water
hose
•
Remove the tap
connection or hose
adapter.
•
Screw the suction set
(Fig. P)
directly to
the water connection
and fill the hose with
water via the suction
screen. Hang the
other end of the
suction hose into the
water reservoir.
STARTING OPERATION
•
Turn the ON/OFF
switch to position „I“
(Fig. G)
.
•
Unlock the trigger of
the spray gun and
depress the trigger
(Fig. B/6 and B/5)
.
Press the trigger of the
spray gun several times
in quick succession to
bleed the system.
