‘MAN’
:
The cleaner motor runs.
The light-emitting diode
„Cleaner“ indicates green
and the light-emitting diode
„Pump“ is out, when the
max. filling level is reached
the light-emitting diode
„Cleaner“ changes to red
flashing. For resetting the
cleaner must be switched
off
(Fig. 6).
Switch position
‘AUTO’
:
Fully automatic tank
emptying is activated
(Fig. 7).
After switching on:
Cleaner ON (light-emitting
diode green) and pump
OFF (light-emitting diode
red), when the operating
point is reached the pump
switches ON (light-
emitting diode green).
After that two states are
possible:
• Pump conveys more
than the cleaner
delivers, pump
switches off again with
a time delay after the
switch-off point is
reached (light-emitting
diode red).
• Pump conveys less than
the cleaner delivers,
cleaner switches off
when the max. filling
level is reached (light-
emitting diode red),
after the switch-off
point is reached the
cleaner switches on
(light-emitting diode
green) and the pump
switches off with a time
delay again (light-
emitting diode red).
CAUTION!
Before turning the
switch to the ‘AUTO’
position, ensure that
the tool connected to
the appliance plug
socket is switched off.
Switch position
‘PUMP’
with sensing function:
The tank is emptied as
long as the switch is kept
in this position. Cleaner
off (light-emitting diode
red), pump on (light-
emitting diode green), this
position serves the
complete emptying of the
tank
(Fig. 7) .
When released the switch
automatically returns to
the
‘AUTO’
position.
AFTER FINISHING WORK
• Switch off cleaner and
pull the plug of the
mains lead out of the
plug socket.
• Wind up the mains
lead (Fig. 8).
• Flush out tank and
drain it.
FILTER SIEVE
CLEANING/CHANGING
• Switch off cleaner and
pull the plug of the
mains lead out of the
plug socket.
• Remove the cleaner
top section off the dirt
tank and deposit with
the filter sieve upwards
(Fig. 9).
• Unscrew the filter
retaining nut (1) and
remove together with
the retaining washer (2).
• Pull off the filter sieve
(3).
• Clean and/or replace
filter sieve.
• Push on a new or
cleaned filter sieve.
• Fit the filter retaining
washer, tighten the
retaining nut.
• Dispose of the used
filter element in
accordance with the
local waste disposal
regulations.
TESTS AND APPROVALS
Electrotechnically tested
according to test methods/
principles
DIN VDE 0700 Part 1
(= DIN 60335-1)
DIN VDE 0700 Part 205
DIN EN 60335-2-69.
As a result of these tests,
suitable for higher load for
commercial application.
Electrotechnical tests must be
performed in accordance
with the provisions of the
Accident Prevention Regulati-
ons
(VBG4) and to DIN VDE 0701
Part 1 and Part 3. In
accordance with DIN VDE
0702, these tests must be
performed at regular
intervals and after repair or
modification.
