Inside the stove:
The hot wood gases now draw/pass through the combustion jets into the lower gas
combustion tunnel 3, are supplied with secondary air at the injector block 2, and then
burn at high temperature. With the help of the secondary air slide bar 2a set the
desired after-burning. The hot exhaust pours out of the tunnel 3 and into the gas
fissure in the back wall, and flow around another water bag into the stove pipe flange
4a. On the way to the top they heat the heating water in the boiler 8. The boiler
which is fit to the stove’s back wall is heated on both sides, from the front by the
upper combustion chamber and from the back by the hot exhaust of the smoke
channels 4. Through the glass door to the upper combustion chamber 10 and the
door to the lower combustion chamber 3a the burning process in the upper
combustion chamber 1 and in the gas combustion tunnel 3 can be controlled.
If the draught is weather-related or chimney-related wear/poor it can be increased
through a brief opening of the fume flap for exhaust switchover 5. Here for please
bring the lever 5 into a pointing down position. If the fume flap is slightly open the
result is a good visible upper and lower fire that guarantees a special effect.
The stove reaches most efficiency in combination with a store when the upper
combustion chamber is completely filled with wood of high quality.
The air which is needed for the combustion is sucked in by the air inlet with
thermostatically controlled flap (on the stove’s side) 6a, first reaches the combustion
air intake channel 6, and then the safety thermostat for control of combustion air
intake 6b which has an air outlet slit towards the glass on it’s underside. Underneath
the glass door the canal flows into a lower diagonal canal 6c with slit toward the glass
and under the combustion chamber’s grill.
Furthermore, the stove has a small cooking plate 9 on which you can cook small
portions of food. If you remove this plate you can clean the flue outlet. Before
cooking please remove the top under the cooking plate (if removing the plate).
