Breaking In New Machines

Run the generator at least 60–100% of continuous load for the first 100 hours.

Change engine oil and replace oil filter after the first 100 hours.

Resetting the Periodic Maintenance Timer

After maintenance has been performed on the generator, it is necessary to reset
the periodic maintenance timer.

The periodic maintenance timer can be reset while viewing the maintenance timer
pre-alarm or hours remaining. To reset the periodic maintenance timer while
viewing these menus, press and hold the reset button

for 10 seconds.

If pre-alarm is active:

If pre-alarm is not active:

METERING > ENGINE

METERING > RUN STATISTICS > CUMULATIVE > CUMULATIVE
