Water is required to cool and
lubricate the wire during cut-
ting. Do not operate the
machine without a water
source for the sprayer.

Attach a water hose to the coolant fitting on the cover.
If a water supply is available, you can attach a garden
hose to the fitting. A hand sprayer tank and hose are
provided if necessary.

Set the wire tension by turning the tensioning knob.
The tension indicator should be in the middle of the
yellow band when not cutting.
