How does the EP1 charge my iPhone?
Once the power switch is turned to the “on” position the EP1 case will charge your iPhone until one of the three events occurs: the EP1 case’s
power is completely depleted, the iPhone reaches 100% battery power, or you stop charging your iPhone by turning the power switch to the
“off” position.
If your iPhone is fully charged when you turn on the EP1 case’s charging feature, the EP1 case will act as a primary battery. No power will be
lost from the phone’s battery until the EP1 case is turned off.
How should I store my EP1 case?
Your EP1 case should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from intense, direct sunlight. If you plan on storing your EP1 case for extended
periods without use, we suggest charging the case once every three months.
How long will the battery in my EP1 case last?
Your EP1 case will maintain a majority of its original charging capacity through 500 battery cycles.
Will the EP1 block the speaker, microphone, camera, or any other ports?
The EP1 case has been specially designed to make sure hackers cannot access your cameras, and microphones—but you still have full use
