• Any attempts to disassemble or repurpose the EP1 case or components is strictly forbidden. If the EP1 case ceases to function
normally, contact Vysk Customer Care.
• The EP1 case must be kept in an environment that is not exposed to extreme heat and away from fire.
• Keep the EP1 case dry and away from moisture or liquids at all times.
• Beware excessive damage to the battery such as dents, punctures, tears, deformities or corrosion. If you notice any of the above
damage, discontinue use of the EP1 case and contact Vysk Customer Care or dispose of it in an appropriate manner at your local
battery-recycling center.
• The EP1 case must only be charged using the device’s micro USB cable. For more information, please see the FAQs section entitled
“What’s the best way to charge my EP1?”
• Do not attempt to replace the EP1 case battery or any other components of the EP1 case yourself. Should any portion of the device
malfunction, please contact Vysk Customer Care or an authorized third party.
• All EP1 cases have undergone a rigorous testing and certification process during manufacturing, however, if the case is leaking, giving
off an odor, excessively hot to the touch, or if you witness other abnormalities please cease use of the device and contact Vysk
Customer Care immediately.
• Never dispose of batteries in the garbage. Disposal of batteries in the garbage is illegal under state and federal environmental
laws and regulations. Always take used batteries to your local battery-recycling center.
• The EP1 case’s “impact resistance” is not unlimited, and Vysk is not responsible for any impacts due to dropped product or
improper use.
