SYMPTOM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Food sticks to cooking surface.

Temperature set too high or too low.

Cooking surface needs to be cleaned. See

3.
Cooking surface not covered with enough cooking
oil.
4.
Cooking surface warn or damaged.
