NOTE
The name of the caller (if available), number, date and time will be displayed on the
screen. You hear two beeps when you reach the first and the last call list entry.
7.4 Save a call List number to the Directory
While in the call list, press or to select the desired entry, then press .
Use the dialing keys to edit the number (if necessary), then press .
While entering, you can:
Press or to move the cursor to the right or left.
Press DeLete to delete the last digit.
Press and hold DeLete to delete all the digits.
Press and hold reDIAL to insert a three-second dialing pause (a p appears).
3. Use the dialing keys to edit the name (if necessary). While entering, you can:
Press or to move the cursor to the right or left.
Press 0 to insert a space.
Press DeLete to delete the last digit.
Press and hold DeLete to delete all the digits.
Press # to change the alphabetic order of the name. For example, when you
press # , Johnson charlie will become charlie Johnson .
4. Press to save.
NOTE
If the directory is full, the screen will display “ Directory full ”. You need to delete some
entries from the directory in order to save the new ones.
7.5 Delete an entry in the call List
While in the call list, press or to select the entry you want to delete.
Press DeLete .
7.6 Delete the entire List of the call List entries
While in the call list, press .
Press or to select caller ID log , then press ,
Press or to select Del all calls , then press .
The screen shows “
Delete all calls?
”, press to confirm.
