7. cALLer DISpLAy

7.1 call List
This feature is available if you have subscribed to the Calling Number Display service
from your telephone company. Your phone can store up to 50 received calls with date/
time information in the Call List. The number will be shown on the LCD when the phone
is ringing. If the number matches with one of the entries in your directory, the caller’s
name stored in the directory will be displayed with the number.
NOTE
The number cannot be stored or displayed in the call list if it has more than 24 digits.
You can review, dial or copy the call list entry to the directory. The call list entries will
display in reverse chronological order.
The call list information might not be available for every incoming call. The callers might
intentionally block their names and/or telephone numbers.
prIVAte cALLer
The caller is blocking the telephone number.
UnKnoWn cALLer
This caller’s number is unavailable.
When the list is full, and a new call is received, the oldest entry will be deleted
automatically.
7.2 Missed (new) call Indicator
When the telephone is in idle mode and has new or missed calls, its screen shows

Missed call(s)
. Each time you review a missed call, the screen will show the
neW
icon, and the number of missed calls decreases by one. After you have reviewed all the
missed calls, the missed calls indicator will disappear.
If you do not want to review the missed calls one by one but want to keep them on the
call list, you can press and hold
to clear the missed indicator when the telephone is
in idle mode.
You can review, dial or copy the call list entry to the directory. The call list entries will
display in reverse chronological order.
7.3 View the call List
Review the call log history to find out who called, to easily return a call, or to save the
caller’s name and number into your directory. “
call log empty
” appears if there are no
records in the call list.
