6.1 Set the ringer Volume
You can set the ringer volume level (level 1 to 6) or turn off the ringer volume.

NOTES
When the ringer volume has been changed, the intercom call ringer volume will
also be changed.
If the ringer volume is turned off, the phone still plays a paging tone when
responding to the paging / handset locator.
6.2 Set the ringer Melody
A total of 10 melodies are provided for your selection.

If you turn off the ringer volume, you do not hear the ringer tone samples.
6.3 Set the Date and time
You need to set the correct date and time in order to know when you received the call
list entries. If you have subscribed to Calling Number Display service, the date and time
are set automatically for all handsets when you receive your first call. Otherwise, you
can set the date and time manually.
