3.6.4.3 Connect RS485 as per the following steps.
1) Remove the waterproof cover from the RS485 terminal, lead the cable through the cover
and then to the device via the waterproof terminal;
2) Estimate the cable length to the terminal, peel off the cable as per the length of the
metal section of the tube type pre-insulated terminal, and press on the terminal by a pair
of press pinchers reliably;
3) Press down the top of the terminal by a flat screw driver, insert the tube type
pre-insulated terminal into the corresponding inverter terminal, and then loosen the
screw driver. Firmly connect the cable to the device terminals A/B respectively, and
record the corresponding cable colors;

4) Tighten the waterproof RS485 terminal cover.
