Description and use
The product you have purchased is an infrared
remote control for remote operation of Vortice NOR-
DIK ECO series reversible ceiling fans.
Safety
• Always use the product for the purpose it was
intended, as specified in this booklet.
• After removing the product from its packaging,
ensure that it is not damaged. If in doubt please
promptly contact a professionally qualified person
or authorised Vortice Technical Assistance Centre.
• Never leave packaging parts within reach of chil-
dren or disabled persons.
• The use of any electric device requires complian-
ce with a few fundamental rules, including:
• Never touch the unit with wet or humid hands
• Never touch the unit with bare feet
• Never allow children or disabled persons to use
the unit
• Do not use the unit in the presence of flammable
substances or vapours such as alcohol, insectici-
des, gasoline, etc.
• Store the device away from children and persons
with disabilities when you decide to disconnect it
from the power supply and not to use it any more.
• Any modification to the product will invalidate the
Vortice warranty and will free the manufacturer
from any liability.
• Do not make changes of any kind to the unit.
• Do not leave the device exposed to adverse wea-
ther conditions (rain, sun, etc.)
• Do not immerse the unit or its parts in water or
other liquids.
• Inspect unit conditions visually and periodically. If
imperfections are noted, do not use the unit and
immediately contact
an authorised
Vortice Technical Assistance Centre.
• Promptly contact an authorised Vortice Technical
Assistance Centre in the event of unit malfunction
and/or failure and request the use of original
Vortice spare parts for any repairs.
• If the product falls or receives a strong blow,
immediately have it inspected at an authorised
Vortice Technical Assistance Centre.
• The unit must be installed by professionally quali-
fied personnel only.
• The electrical system to which the product is con-
nected must comply with regulations in place.
• The unit must be correctly connected to an effec-
tive earthing system as foreseen by current elec-
trical safety regulations. If doubts should arise,
request careful inspection by qualified personnel.
• Only connect the unit to the mains supply/ electri-
cal outlet if plant/outlet capacity is suitable for its
maximum power. If otherwise, immediately seek
assistance from a professionally qualified person.
• An omnipolar switch is required for installation,
with a contact opening distance that is equal to or
greater than 3 mm.
• The internal connection cable of this unit must not
be replaced by the user but only by qualified per-
sonnel.
• Batteries must be removed from the transmitter
before disposal and they must be disposed of in
appropriate safety containers.

Operation
CAUTION!!!
Switch off the potentiometer if present to use the
TELENORDIK ECO.

Press the desired speed button to switch
on the product.
“Reverse” mode operation
“Ventilation” mode operation
Timer:
Mode 1- Press the button 1 time. The LED will light
up and two short beeps will be emitted. The
product will operate for a half hour.
Mode 2- Press the button 2 times. The LED will light
up and three short beeps will be emitted.
The product will operate for one hour.
Mode 3- Press the button 3 times. The LED will light
up and four short beeps will be emitted. The
