12.)
The stack must be completely filled out for each pressing operation,
note the marking
" Max. upper edge of trough"
(Figure 6.2-3 Item No. 1)
For small quantities (e.g.: for the last pressing made)
empty out of the previous filling only as many cloths as are still needed or compensate the level with a
wooden insert (Figure 6.2-3 item No. 2).
13.) Switch the motor on (6) (the pump works in both directions of turn)
14.) Turn on the pump manual wheel (7)
– the piston (8) now moves up
15.) Once the pressing procedure has been completed, turn the handwheel to open it - this will cause the piston to
be lowered due to its own weight.
16.) After the piston has sunk down to the pull out the juice trough (1) and pack out the pressed stack.
17.) Clean the cloths if necessary
18.) Repeat the procedure for a fresh pressing process.

NOTE!
Attention!
Make absolutely sure that the pulp pack is
orientated right
under
the pressure plate, to prevent that the lifting table tilts thus deny secondary
damage.
WARNING AGAINST GENERAL DANGERS
- Never let the piston rise too far! Concern the tag:
"Max. upper edge of trough"!
Don´t let the upper edge of the juice collection through pass this mark.
When the maximum hydraulic pressure of 380bar is reached, the overpressure valve
regulates the pressure.
- Do not change the setting of the over pressure valve!
If the hydraulic pressure rises over the set maximum value
immediately switch of the pump motor.
Then the overpressure valve has to be reset by trained staff.
