NMEA 0183 interface

For.information.about.boat.speed,.to.be.presented.on.
an.instrument.and.in.the.EVC.display,.a.boat.speed.
signal.must.come.from.a.GPS.receiver.or.similar..An.
NMEA.interface.must.be.installed.to.supply.the.infor-
mation.to.the.EVC.system..The.signal.coming.from.
the.GPS.must.comply.with.NMEA.0183..The.NMEA.
interface.will.not.provide.any.information.to.an.exter-
nal.display.
NOTE!.Only.one.NMEA.interface.per.boat.is.allowed.

NMEA.0183.RMC.or.VTG.message.
