During your communication with the VOLTI Technical Support Representative, you will be asked to provide
the following information:
1- Your full name and address
2- Complete explanation of the problem you are experiencing with the VOLTI Charging Station
3- The model number and serial number of your VOLTI Charging Station
a. Model number is found on the side label of VOLTI Charging Station
b. Serial number is found on the first page of this document AND on the inside of the
installation compartment cover.
4- Proof of purchase
5- Your shipping information for returned materials
If VOLTI determines a defect with your product that is covered under the warranty terms, you will:

Receive a Product Return Number (PRN#) from VOLTI

Shipping address for returning the product. This is at purchaser’s expense. It is required to ship
the product to VOLTI in its original package or in an equivalent package with same degree of
protection.

It is purchaser’s responsibility to insure the shipment against loss or damage during transport.
All loss and damage is at purchaser’s responsibility prior to the product received by VOLTI.

If the product is covered under the warranty, VOLTI will repair or replace the VOLTI Charging
Station at no cost, and ship the repaired or replaced VOLTI Charging Station to the purchaser,
at VOLTI
’s expense, using a carrier of VOLTI’s choice.
