Compressor settings
•
When the sensor operates properly, the following points are to be observed:
•
If the parameter [Odo] is exactly zero, the time delay is two seconds. If it is set higher, the
compressor starts after the given value.
•
Delay time after the compressor switches off. Only after the interval has elapsed does the
compressor start again.
•
The [dOn] parameter is the delay time until the compressor starts.
•
Two consecutive switch-on points should not lie outside the [dbi] time interval.
For example:
(SEt = 20 °C, diF = 3 °C, HC = cool)
The compressor starts at a temperature >23 °C (SEt + diF) and switches off when the tem-
perature is below <20 °C (SEt).
(SEt = 20 °C, diF = 3 °C, HC = heat)
The compressor starts at a temperature <20 °C (SEt) and switches off when the temperature
is above >23 °C (SEt + diF).
If you forgo the sensor or if it has failed, the [Ont] and [OFt] parameters regulate the switched-
on period (see table).
Setting a password
1. To set the password, navigate to the [PAI] folder.
2. Press the SET button and set your password using the navigation buttons.
Requesting a password
1. If you now want to reach the main menu, the [PAI] textl lights up.
2. Now enter your password, and you can reach the settings.
Keep your password safe; there is no way to reset it. If you lose the password, you
can neither see nor change your parameters.
If the thermostat displays the alarm code E1, it could have the following causes:
1. The sensor type was not set correctly - check the H00 entry.
2. Check the connection between sensor and thermostat.
3. Defective sensor - check the sensor’s resistance.
