Put a call “On Hold” or pick-up a call from “On Hold” state

Press
HOLD

Transfer a phone call
In order to transfer a phone call to another number:
1.
Put the call “on hold” pressing the
HOLD
button.
2.
Enter the recipient’s phone number
3.
Press
SEND
4.
Once the recipient is ready to take the phone call, press
TRAN

End a phone call
•
Replace the handset (if answering from the telephone) or, alternatively, press
LOUDSPEAKER
(if the call was answered through the loudspeaker)

Display the list of phone calls
1.
Press IN or OUT to display respectively all inbound or outbound calls made
through the VOIce client.
2.
Press repeatedly the UP or DOWN keys to browse through the list of calls.

Enable or disable the Loudspeaker
•
Either: press
(LOUDSPEAKER), to answer an incoming call using the
loudspeaker
•
Or: first answer the incoming call lifting the handset and then transfer the audio to
the loudspeaker by pressing
(LOUDSPEAKER) replacing the handset.

Enable the analogue headset connected to the USB socket
•
Answer the incoming call lifting the handset.
•
Press in order to enable the headset
•
Press again to transfer the audio to the telephone.
•
When the headset audio is on the lamp on the top right hand corner is lit.
•
NB: In order to transfer the audio from the loudspeaker to the headset you first
need to transfer the audio to the telephone.
