Short description of the feeder
The feeder is a universal paper feeding system that can be used online in production lines together with
Vivid
machines as well as machines from other manufacturers.
The feeder picks sheets from a pile and feeds them precisely into Matrix.
The Omni-Flow is equipped with a deep pile feeder featuring a suction belt and an air blow system for a perfect
sheet separation. The attached sheet transports the paper to the Matrix. An ultrasonic double sheet detector is
installed.
The maximum sheet size is 375 x 660 mm. Using the optionally available table extension, sheet sizes of up to
375 x 1050 mm can be processed.
