danger that can be caused by its improper
usage.
•
Keep the unit out of reach of children.
•
For children safety reasons do not leave poly-
ethylene bags, used as a packaging, unat-
tended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of
suffocation!
•
Check the power cord and plug integrity peri-
odically. Do not use the unit if its body, the
power plug or the power cord is damaged.
•
To avoid damages, transport the unit in origi-
nal package only.
•
Do not repair the unit by yourself. If there are
any damages in the unit, apply to the autho-
rized service center.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD
USAGE ONLY
BEFORE USING THE UNIT FOR
THE FIRST TIME
After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature, it is necessary to keep it for at
least two hours at room temperature before
switching on.
•
Unpack the unit.
Before using the juice extractor disassemble
and clean the unit following the recommen-
dations below:
•
Remove the pusher (1) from the lid (3) feed-
ing chute (2).
•
Lift the bottom part of the locks (7) and
remove the lid (3);
•
It will be easier to remove the grating filter
(4) if you remove the grating filter (4) with the
juice collector (5), holding by the juice collec-
tor ledge on one side and the draining spout
on the other and pulling it upwards.
•
Wash thoroughly and dry all the removable
parts that will contact products.
Note: Be cautious when holding the grating fil-
ter (4) in your hands, as disc grating surface is
very sharp.
MAKING JUICE
Before the first plugging in make sure that the
operating voltage of the unit corresponds to the
voltage of your mains.
Fruits and vegetables intended for processing
must be fresh.
Before juice extracting wash fruits/vegetables,
remove inedible parts from vegetables or fruits,
such as stems, hard peel or stones, for example,
cherry or peach, cut the fruits and vegetables
intended for processing into pieces easily fitting
into the feeding chute (2).
•
Place the motor unit (8) on a dry, flat and
steady surface.
•
Before unit assembling make sure that the
operation mode switch (9) is set to the posi-
tion «
0
» and the plug is not inserted into the
mains socket.
•
Place the juice collector (5) on the motor unit
(8) (pic. 1).
•
Install the grating filter (4) into the juice col-
lector (5) (pic. 2).
Attention! Do not use the juice extractor if
you find any mechanical damages of the
grating filter (4).
•
Install the lid (3) on the juice collector (5) (pic.
3) and fix the lid (3) with the locks (7) (pic. 4).
•
Install the pulp container (10) in its place
(pic. 5).
•
Put the corresponding container or the juice
cup (12) under the juice draining spout (pic. 6).
•
Make sure that the juice draining spout is in
the lower position.
•
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
•
Switch the juice extractor on by setting the
switch (9) to the position «
I
» (low speed) or
«
II
» (high speed) or to the position «
P
» (pulse
mode).
•
After you finish extracting juice, please, wait
for 1 minute and then set the juice drain-
ing spout (6) to upper position to avoid juice
leaking.
Notes:
Low speed «I» is intended for extracting juice
from soft vegetables/fruits, such as toma-
toes, ripe pears, strawberries, oranges, plums,
grapes, pumpkins, onions, cucumbers etc.
High speed «II» is intended for extracting juice
from hard vegetables/fruits - such as artichoke,
carrot, apples, pepper, beet, potatoes, pineap-
ples, vegetable marrows, celery, spinach, dill,
leek etc.
Pulse mode «Р» is intended for switching the
juice extractor on for a short time.
Attention!
To avoid stopping of grating filter (4) and
jamming of motor during processing viscous
