–
To remove the blade block place the hair
clipper with the blades towards you and
press on the upper edge of the blade
block (6) with your thumb (pic. 1).
–
Apply the lubricating oil (11) to the junc-
tions between the fixed and moving parts
of the blades.
–
To install the blade block first insert its
lower part to the installation place and
then carefully press on the upper edge
of the blade block (6). Make sure that
the blade block (1) is installed and fixed
properly (pic. 1).
–
Switch the hair clipper on with the
switch (4) and let it operate for approxi-
mately 30 seconds to spread the oil
across the rubbing surfaces. Switch the
hair clipper off with the switch (3) and
remove the surplus oil with a dry cloth or
a paper towel.
Note:
–
Lubricate the blade block (7) before and
after every use of the hair clipper.
–
For lubricating the blades use only the
oil (11), supplied with the unit, or the oil
intended for similar devices.
–
Do not use vegetable oil or oil that
includes solvents. Solvents will evapo-
rate, and the remaining thick oil may slow
down the blades motion.
INSTALLING THE ATTACHMENT (8 or 9)
•
Before installing or removing the attach-
ments (8, 9) switch the unit off by set-
ting the power switch (4) to the posi-
tion «ON».
•
Match the ledges on the attachment (8 or
9) with the grooves on the unit body and
press on the attachment (8 or 9) until the
lock clicking (pic. 2).
•
To remove the attachment (8 or 9) press
on the lower part of the attachment and
remove it from the hair clipper body
(pic. 2).
•
You can change the attachment (8 or 9)
position by turning the shifter (3) counter/
clockwise and adjust the remaining hair
length according to the numeric scale on
the shifter (3) (pic. 3).
HAIR STYLING INSTRUCTIONS
•
Hair should be clean and dry during hair
cutting.
•
Before starting to cut hair, switch the
hair clipper on by setting the power
switch (4) to the position «OFF» and
make sure that the hair clipper operates
normally and the blades move smoothly.
If there is excess lubricating oil on the
blades (7), switch the hair clipper off by
setting the power switch (4) to the posi-
tion «ON» and remove the excessive oil
with a dry cloth.
•
Seat a person so that his/her head is
approximately at your eye level, cover the
person’s shoulders with a towel and set
hair with the comb.
Reminder
–
Cut off a little amount of hair at a time; if
necessary you can always return to the
cut off part and trim off additional hair.
–
The best haircutting results are reached
on dry hair, not wet.
–
Comb the hair with a comb to reveal
uneven locks.
–
It is better to leave longer hair after cut-
ting for the first time.
–
After learning your clipper better, you will
be able to arrange your hair in any style
you need.
Step one
Install the attachment (8 or 9) and set the
required remaining hair length with the shift-
er (3) according to the numeric scale on the
shifter (3). Switch the hair clipper on using
the power switch (4), setting it to the posi-
tion «OFF». Hold the hair clipper with the
blades pointed upwards. Start cutting from
the hair growth edge. Slowly move the hair
clipper upwards. This way cut all hair at the
bottom of the back of the head and near
the ears.
Step two
Switch the hair clipper off using the power
switch (4) by setting it to the position «ON»
and set the shifter (3) for cutting longer hair,
switch the hair clipper on and continue cut-
ting hair near the top of the head.
