SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before starting using the appliance read
carefully these instructions.
• Save these operation instructions and use
them as reference material.
• Use this appliance only for intended pur-
pose, as described in instructions.
• Do not leave the operating device unat-
tended.
• Use only those removable parts that are in-
cluded into delivery package.
• Before plugging the appliance into the
socket ensure that voltage, indicated on
the appliance, corresponds to the circuit
voltage.
• Do not use the device outdoors.
• Place the device on a flat enduring sur-
face.
• Do not use the appliance near walls or wall
hanging cupboards, as coming-out live
steam can damage them.
• Use only accessories supplied with the de-
vice.
• Before first use of the appliance wash thor-
oughly all parts, that will be contacting with
food products.
• Before starting the steamer, fill the water
tank, otherwise the appliance might get
damaged.
• Before starting the steamer ensure that all
removable parts are fixed properly.
• Be careful when operating the appliance:
any liquid or condensate are very hot.
• Avoid skin burns by coming-out steam, in
particular when removing the lid.
• To remove the lid or steam baskets use
potholders or gloves.
• During operation of the steamer do not
touch the lid or steam baskets – they are
very hot.
• To let steam off raise slowly the lid, hold it
over the steam bowl to let the condensate
flow down.
• If you want to check whether products are
ready, use kitchenware with a long handle.
• Remember that water inside the water tank
can be hot, when all other constituent parts
of the steamer have cooled down.
• Do not use the steamer if the drip tray,
steam baskets and the lid are not fixed up.
• Do not move the appliance, when there are
hot products in it.
• It is not allowed to use steamer baskets in
microwave ovens, as well as in electric or
gas stoves.
• Do not leave a plugged in appliance unat-
tended.
• Plug the appliance off the outlet, when it
is not in use, when removing or fixing up
steam baskets, and while cleaning.
• Let the appliance cool down before clean-
ing, removing/fixing up removable parts.
• To turn off the steamer set up the timer to
the position «OFF», and then plug off the
plug from the outlet.
• Do not let the electric cord hang over the
table, or contact hot or sharp surfaces.
• Keep the appliance and electric cord away
from hot surfaces, heat sources or sharp
objects.
• Do not allow children to use the device as a
toy.
• Keep the appliance out of reach of children
and handicapped people. Do not let them
use the appliance unattended.
• This device should not be used by children
or by handicapped people, unless they are
provided with relevant and legible safety
